A re-entry program for women returning to professional life through the doors of financial services.
The Asset Class is a workforce re-entry program for women returning to professional life through the doors of the financial services industry.
So many women step away from their careers to raise families, care for loved ones, or simply because the industry didn't make space for them the first time. Years later, they're ready to return — with sharper perspective, deeper resilience, and exactly the kind of judgment a client-facing profession needs. What they're missing is a defined path back in.
That's what we're building.
Through The Asset Class, candidates earn the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) credential within 120 days — a real, recognized entry point into the industry — while completing a parallel training course with Maker City Paraplanner. From there, they step into roles supporting independent advisors in administrative, client service, or paraplanning capacities: a meaningful, flexible, intellectually rich career.
Because the most undervalued asset in financial services isn't on anyone's balance sheet. It's the women who left the industry — and are ready to come back.
